Hi Bike Kitchen,

I'm Marshall. I've been volunteering at the Bike Kitchen Since December 2009. For most of this time I have volunteered on Saturdays. Lately I have been teaching the external maintenance class. I believe the organization is an invaluable resource to the city of San Francisco and am emotionally invested in the organization's long term health and success.

My areas of interest as a board member would be collective decision making process, building bridges with other local co-ops and growing the shop's ability to offer more to our staff. The shop has brought a beautiful dimension to my life and I have made some strong relationships through volunteering and using the shop. I am also connected with Cell Space metal shop and am a regular volunteer at the Crucible school in Oakland.

Sincerely,

Marshall
