  • "Stack" meeting proposal
    • anyone who wants to add to discussion is added to stack

    • proposal accepted to work for this evening
  • Board of directors: Current status and recruiting a new one
    • becoming issue because of 501C3
    • Agatha, grant writer is paid to write grants
      • needs list of board of directors with addresses
      • need to know how our staff serves the community
    • potential list of members
      • 2-3 BK officers
      • SFBC rep
      • CellSpace rep
    • required meetings 2-4 times a year
    • otherwise largely honorary
    • PROPOSAL: election of new interim board
      • Removal: Spencer Chan, Spider Davila, Michel Dedeo, Gabe Peterson, Ebbe Smith
      • Retaining: Josh Adler, Jesse Basbaum, Catherine Harzell, Gabe Ehlert
      • long-time, dependable members
      • come up with proposal for future board recruitment/election
      • ask old board members if we can dismiss them
      • MOTION PASSED
    • asking Wu whether he wants to continue as secretary
      • secretary doesn't need to always take minutes
      • Wu is somewhat reluctant, but no one else steps up

      • Brian commits to opening
    • Joel recommits to tuesday opening
    • need to recruit for extra hours by email
  • Update on spacefinding
    • Recap: Cat is being paid to look for space
    • Leads so far aren't solid
    • One lead: large, expensive, and 60 days notice lease
      • Any below market rate lease will probably be like this

      • moving back into cell is problematic
      • signing interim lease could work if we didn't move far
      • possible supplemental funding from city
