I do not have too much to say at this point, but suggestions for additional material to be included are welcome, as suggestions on content, or sections that I could make on the site that would better improve the organization and efficiency of the bike shop. Some thoughts are inventory management for tools, small /new parts for resale, and consumables; update-able work night tasks, and who knows what else?

Shop Operations Cluster

This cluster is no longer maintained by a single coordinator, and is instead now comprised of a number of individual responsibilities, to be held by committed staff. The Operations Cluster is responsible for the physical maintenance and management of the Bike Kitchen. Qualifications

Tool/Consumables Inventory

  • Takes a regular inventory of all shop tools and incidentals to be ordered from QBP & Uline
