| Update Membership Forms || Although we capture "year of birth" in freehub, this is not a piece of information requested on our membership forms.  Our membership master form should probably be updated to ask for this, and anything else that freehub has space for but is not on the membership form. || I think the master form is kept in a plastic protector in the desk in the office.  I think the solution is as easy as updating the master form, and then the next time copies get made, they will reflect the updated field. ||

== Volunteer Cluster Coordinator Job Description ==
 
 
 
The Bike Kitchen is a volunteer-run organization, and so the Volunteer Cluster Coordinator (VCC) is a crucial job. The position involves learning every aspect of how the Bike Kitchen works and working with all volunteers to ensure the smooth and successful operation of the Bike Kitchen. This person will work closely with the [[Administrative Clusters | other cluster coordinators]]. The VCC is free to define sub-roles of the Volunteer Coordinator Cluster and recruit volunteers to fulfill these sub-roles.
