The Operations Cluster is responsible for the physical maintenance and management of the Bike Kitchen. The SOC ensures that the shop is stocked at all times with supplies necessary for the smoothing running and efficiency of the organization, which includes tools, new parts, used parts, facility supplies, and office and administrative needs.

Below are all the roles and responsibilities included in the Operations Cluster. Commitment to a role should ideally be made by staff with at least 1yr experience with the shop. The requested length of commitment to a role is 1yr.
