Meeting Minutes 4/25/05

Hi everyone- I just want to fill in everyone who wasn't at the meeting last night on a couple important things that we decided. 1st- Bubbles is officially kicked out of the bike kitchen. We are potentially going to talk to CELLspace for assistance in mediation. But I am going to tell hiim he is not welcome in the shop if he comes in when I am around. Please support me in this. If you have aproblem with this or comments, please add them.

Also, we decided to hire Agatha as our grant writer for a nominal fee.

We will have a mechanic application process from now on. If someone new comes into the shop and wants to be a mechanic, ratehr than just giving them an apronan dtelling them to go for it, we will tell them to hang out for a couple of shifts, then fill out an application (complete with short essay). This will hopefully make it easier for some people to become mechanics and weed out people that aren't really dedicated or committed.

Lastly, Spider Jesse and I could use some help with the party. If you want to help solicit donations for a raffle/game prizes from bike shops or any other establishment, that would be greatly appreciated. Contact one of us for details.

Also, soon we will be posting a volunteer sign up sheet in the shop. Encourage people who regular the shop to sign up to work at the party for an hour or two.
