- the old wiki is closing down get any info you've got on there
- we've got a new wiki – it is edit only but it is easy to set up an account
- we may be moving the web because we have a free donated space
comments
- Can we have a full sail wiki migration to the new wiki rather than having each individual do it
- Joel could fill in, but cannot commit to being the permanent position, help with migration
- Tim will do web updates etc.
- Rene will help with the wiki migration, temporary fill-in, could take on one-off tasks

Mechanics – how to stay a mechanic
- must sign in, must wear an apron, no outside work
- every shift must have an opener and closer
- eat outside the shop or in the office
- no drinks or drunks, or stoned or buzzed from happy hour
comments
- should add more on how to manage volunteers during a shifts
- mechanics should read handbook
- cara proposed nametags rather than aprons
- mechs should have to read manual
- 2 meetings a year or two specific meetings a year, you've got to come to half the meetings?
- let's create a feedback channel for patrons (comment box/ email advertised in shop; Cara to take-on)
